This is a great deal for these soap molds. I like that they were inexpensive and that they have the lids. I have used these molds before in the past but mine that I had bought before from another company did not have lids to them. I like the lids to help gel the soap. Great basic silicone soap mold with wooden box and lid! Great price.

I love this mold. I wish I would have found this company when I first started making molds. I was able to unmold my loaf 23 hours later and it was not soft and smudging like the other molds I use. It was very easy to unmold my soap loaf and the soap came out beautiful. I may try one of the bigger size at a later date.

This mold is a great size for a small batch. A small log mold is hard to find but this one fits the bill. The slide on lid is great for insulation for CP soap as well making it easy to cover with a blanket. I make cold process soap and this mold fits a 1lb/500g batch.

I had this mold filled with batter within an hour of opening the package so obviously I was excited to use it. The lid was quite tight fitting and I was worried I wouldn't be able to use it but it worked out. Tip: if you get soap batter in the slot the lid slides in clean it out well before putting the lid on.
I used it to make facial soap bars but it woul also be good for guest size as well. I cut it length wise into 3 loaves and each loaf into 9 bars that are 3 oz each and they fit perfectly in the palm of my hand.
Edit: I loved the holes on the bottom that make it super easy to unmold but I kept getting tiny splinters from them. After a quick finish with an emery board, no more splinters. It didn't need much sanding but the little I did made a HUGE difference.
