I have bought 5 of these so far and use for more then a drying mat. I use on all my sinks kitchen and bath to keep water from getting all over my counter, when you turn faucet on and off water always pours on counter so i keep one under the handle with the bottle of soap on it too keeps that mess pouring into the sink instead of all over the counters. I cut to fit it to hang over into sink about an inch so that it's close to edge but enough that water runs back into sink.. What an amazing product! Ps very durable and was sent perfect and fast! Easy to clean if necessary

I have a new apartment but one of the trade-offs was a smaller dish-drying counter. I found a slim dish rack, and this is the silicone drying mat that I chose to go with it.

— DESIGN —
I got this mainly because of the slim design and how it self-drains water. It takes a bit of water dripping for it to drain; one or two drops of water won't drain, but if you're pouring water on this, it will roll down the slope. 

— MAINTENANCE —
The (anti-bacterial) silicone ensures stuff won't grow on this. However, speaking from experience, you will have to consistently clean this to prevent mold growth since it's not 100% anti-bacterial. I give it a weekly bleach spray/soak to kill germs and maintain the white color.

— SUMMARY —
If you want a simple and effective solution to draining dish rack water, this could be an option for you. Recommended.

I was looking for a small draining rack for my laundry room. I needed something to dry my vacuum cleaner filters after I wash them. The small size of the Silicone Dish Drying Mat is just perfect. Bonus: it looks beautiful with my white Corian countertops. If you want something that won’t take up too much counter space this is the one!

We are using this Silicone Dish Drying Mat in our bathroom to give the bottles on our shower shelf some stability. It works perfectly for our purposes and looks clean.

With an undermount sink, hand-washed glassware drain right into the sink...no puddles, no mess. I would not recommend if sink has a rim above the level of the countertop.
I bought white Silicone Dish Drying Mat. So far, coffee and red wine spills have washed off easily without stains.

I purchased this Silicone Dish Drying Mat at the same time I purchased my sink and really like the way it drains into the sink. We use it all the time to protect the countertop and allow our smaller items to dry off. It's a great little product.
