I bought this for my 7 5 inch 3 quart silicone egg rack for pressure pot , I make 7 inch apple and cherry pies. This lifter makes it easy to get the pies out without burning myself. I used tin foil, but that tears easy. Love it highly recommend it.

I use this silicone egg rack for pressure pot instead of the metal trivet in my Instant Pot because it feels more secure when I have to lift food out of the pot after pressure cooking. It cleans up very well in the dishwasher.

I have had this now for about a month, I use it on a regular basis. Chicken tenders in air fryer PERFECT! Beef roast pressure cooker then air fried middle was nice and moist, tender and still about medium well.
I love using my silicone egg rack for pressure pot ! It is very convenient! It supports the food nicely as long as it is something like a roast, chicken breast ect. If your using it for say chicken tenders use the metal tray that comes with your cooker ( tenders may fall out easily if you do not). With that said I still LOVE my sling.
